Limo Points – Our system of determining the order that your listings (summary of you profile) are displayed within each directory. Limo Points may be referred to as ‘Limo Points’ or just ‘Points’ through out the site and terms and conditions.

Your Profile - Any text or images you submit to us.
Listing - A summary of your profile in one of our limousine location or limousine type directories

Submitting a Profile

We reserve the right to remove, edit or amend your listing without notice for the following reasons:

- The profile is duplicated.
- If a listing has been submitted to an irrelevant directory that your company does not cover.
- Where the content of the profile or links out are to content deemed inappropriate or of an adult nature
- If link out is broken
- Where profile contains defamatory, offensive or insulting content.
- Your profile contains HTML source code of any kind.
- Your profile contains over capitalised text
- When we revise the site layout and page structure.
- Your profile contains copyrighted material or content
- Images are of incorrect dimensions, exceed upload limits or are deemed unsuitable by us

- If your profile does not supply enough useful content for our visitors

Rules of profile submission
- We reserve the right to use any information you provide within your profile as keywords, descriptions and Meta tags on pages where your profile or profile summary appears.

Site Layout and listing structure
- We reserve the right to change the layout of your listings and profile page without notice
- We reserve the right to change the number of listings displayed on each page of any directory.
- We reserve the right to display any advertising on any page of the site and on your profile pages.
- We reserve the right to display test profiles and listings within directories when needed.

Limo Points

- We reserve the right to amend limo point price and pricing structure without prior notice
- One point will be deducted each day from every profile.
- We reserve the right to offer promotional limo points free of charge.
- Bonus Limo Points gained are not classed as brought points
- Limo Points are only refundable in the event of a continual website failure for a period of more than 28 days. Refund amount due being the current amount of limo points at the time of failure at an exchange rate of the purchase price cost of your limo points. (Only applies if your pet points at the time of failure are over the minimum order level)
